Every year, many new drivers-to-be take a necessary rite of passage – Writing their learners. A much looked forward to achievement since a very early age, it is an important milestone in growing up.
However, the K53 system isn’t that easy It’s not meant to be. With the unfortunate carnage on our roads today, it’s necessary to employ stringent measures in the issuing of drivers licenses to help ensure that our roads are kept safe everyday.
