Forgot to say that Google Calendar Sync works very well. It picks up Calendar items from your Gmail, which you have to sync from your handset.

I've just installed the FREE MyPhoneExplorer and it syncs Contacts and Calendar better than Gsyncit. Also does it over Bluetooth and WiFi. Haven't tried the Bluetooth, but WiFi works beautifully.
