Hey guys

Any of you in to taking pics with your Android phones? I know there is the whole Iphoneography movement so I thought I'd start an Androidography thing for us

Anyways, here is the link: http://www.androidography.co.za - the site is still in Private Beta so you can apply for an account and I'll approve it. Lots of functionality I'm still writing.

What would help is some feedback on the site from you guys if you have time.

Awesome idea. Two suggestions.

Maybe try and increase file size and image dimensions. Or add function to reduse the size and dimensions when uploading.

Try and link to instagram(iphoneza is doing this). When uploading to instagram, user will add hash tag, #andriodography and the site pulls it in to display on site.

I agree. File size is issue for me. Try to upload from my transformer, but no can do. And I don't have three patience to try and reduce image size, as in kb!

Thanks for the input guys I've increased file size uploads to 1.3mb. I hope that is sufficient.

@jacothenerd - I made the images small so you can upload a bunch in one post and then can click on the images to make them bigger if you really want to see them closer up. Try it our here: http://www.androidography.co.za/photo/cupcake-time

Nice idea of multi photos at once. Maybe add a notification option when someone comments on photos.
