Selling on Google Market- Options?

Hello all

I have developed an android game, and would like to sell it on the Google store. As we all know we are an un-supported location. So my questions are

• Is there a 3rd party publisher based in the States that can publish on mu behalf (and trustworthy)
• Is it as simple as opening a US (or another supported location) bank account and use the credit card
• Or any other options

Yes it is as simple as getting a US or UK account if you have family over there. Also Amazon App store is a great place to publish as all the users have credit card info loaded. US only at this stage. Locally you can publish on Vodacom app store (via http://appia.com) and Samsung app store (http://seller.samsungapps.com). Both support local paid apps, with Vodacom supporting operator billing and Samsung apps is pre-loaded and visible to all Samsung users.
