    Hi Allison and welcome to the forum. I'm using Brutt and it works on all the Android sets. It's free too Send me your email addy and I will send you the .apk file...

    p.s. Brutt is not the best navigation app available but for a free one, Brilliant!!!

    You can also use nDrive if you want a system that doesn't require internet connectivity i.e. the maps are initially downloaded to your phone, but it costs about R700 ... it's my favourite system for phones though.

    @Itai, I also prefer NDrive. With Brut, you can set it to download the tiles while you are driving or even browsing. I used 2.4MB of date traveling 17km with download on. Not bad I say. But like you say, you have to be "online" for it to work the navigation.

    I also use Brut, and only turn on the gps when I get near the area where I need it. Works brilliantly.
